Sports Week ~ A Triumph of Teamwork, Talent, and School Spirit!

The annual School Sports Day Celebration Week was a resounding success, marked by enthusiastic participation and spirited competition among students from Years 7 to 10. This year’s Sports Day was spread over a week to ensure that every student had the opportunity to participate, engage, compete and win for their community. The event featured a diverse array of activities, including an obstacle race, javelin throw, golf putting, 100m and 75m sprints, as well as football and rounders tournaments. Each event showcased the students' athleticism, teamwork, and school spirit.

These are the events that took place: Obstacle Race, Javelin Throw, Golf Putting, 100m and 75m Sprints, and a Football Tournament.

It was a memorable event that brought the school community together. The diverse range of activities allowed students to showcase their talents across different sports, promoting physical fitness and school spirit. Congratulations to all the participants and winners for their outstanding performances. Without the support of the PE teachers who organised the events and ensured their smooth execution, this would not have been possible to have run over the course of the week. We look forward to next year's celebration and the new records that will undoubtedly be set.
