Pinewood Studios 'Futures Fair'

Our Year 9 & 10 Performing Arts students had an incredible visit to Pinewood Studios for the UK’s largest film and TV careers fair... the 'Futures Festival'!

They explored a huge range of career pathways, speaking directly with industry professionals and learning about everything from set building and costume design to camera work and production roles.

They also loved seeing iconic characters, famous sets and legendary vehicles from productions filmed at Pinewood, including Star Wars, Ghostbusters, Batman and Jurassic Park! They didn’t just watch... they got involved! From stepping in front of the camera themselves to trying out hands-on activities, they fully immersed themselves in the world of film and television.

The evening ended with an incredible stunt show by ‘The Fall Guy Stunts’, led by Roy Taylor and his outstanding team, performed on the world-famous 007 stage. A thrilling finale to an inspiring day!
