Empowering Girls through Football - 'Let Girls Play!'

Empowering girls through football! Some of our Year 7 and 8 girls had an amazing time at the 'LET GIRLS PLAY' event purposely put together in line with International Women's Day!

Thanks to the Slough Schools partnership and Brentford FC, the girls had a day filled with fun workshops led by inspiring female players, referees, and associates. The highlight of the morning session was meeting Anita Asante - former England player with 71 caps for the team and also representing Great Britain in the 2012 Olympics!

From skills sessions to mini-tournaments, our girls rocked it winning every game they took part in!
